When I was starting out as a young photographer, I struggled with getting the images I took, and spent so long editing, to my clients in an eye catching way. Originally, I would give them a flash-drive, email over a folder, or send them a link to a page on my website that only contained their images. All of these methods were extremely cumbersome and time consuming.

I searched and searched for a gallery software, and I tried a lot of them. Pic-Time and Pixieset weren’t bad, but, for me, they simply didn’t compare to CloudSpot. CloudSpot allows me to deliver galleries in a stunning way (and it’s affordable!). With CloudSpot, I could separate multiple sections of an event into folders inside of the gallery (essentially sub-galleries), I could share specific sections with specific people or groups (like flower vendor, venue admin, hair & makeup, etc.), and, most importantly for me, I could drag and drop images and they would organize themselves. I can also give each gallery a tag(s) for easy organization on the back-end. CloudSpot saves me so much time when putting a gallery together, and makes it super easy to customize each gallery. I can grant or deny clients the ability to download the digital images, I can control the size of the download, I can make customizable covers, and there is even a customizable store that your clients can buy prints in!

When I first started with CloudSpot, it was just a client gallery software (mind you, a really good one!). Recently, the CloudSpot team has rolled out CloudSpot Studio. CloudSpot Studio is essentially a CRM; you can add clients, create projects, contracts, invoices, style guides, questionnaires, and so much more! It is still new, so it doesn’t have everything, I still need to setup automations through third-party software, and I, rarely, utilize HoneyBook for client-specific tasks. But overall, CloudSpot Studio is amazing, and it keeps getting better! The CloudSpot team is constantly rolling out updates and are working on new features. They actually listen to photographers’ requests!

I cannot say it enough; the CloudSpot team is absolutely amazing. When I have a question, need clarification, or want to request a feature, the team is ready to help. If I submit a request during business hours, they reply within two hours of my submission (sometimes faster!).
